Pets:  Most of our properties accept pets.  Our typical pet deposit is $400 for the first pet, of which $275 is refundable.  Additional pet deposits are required for non-typical or additional pets.  Large dogs and dangerous dog breeds such as pit bulls, rotweillers, etc. will not be accepted. 

Applicant Requirements:  Anyone occupying the property that is eighteen (18) years of age or older must fill out an application.  The current charge for an application is $35 for the first applicant and $10 for each additional applicant. 

Applicant Qualifications:  We check background information including credit, criminal, and sex offense databases for all occupants age 18 or older.  We will verify three (3) years of employment, three (3) years residency or rental history, and the gross monthly income for all tenants should be at least four (4) times the monthly rent amount.
